Is using a night splint important in healing plantar fasciitis? - what is plantar fasciitis more condition_symptoms
I struggled with plantar fasciitis in both feet for over a month and I am considering buying a bear track in the night because I heard that the process will help the healing. Has anyone used them? They bring about a significant improvement?

I am dealing with plantar fasciitis for more than a year now and I understood that treatment efficiency is very individual. If something works for one it may not work for the other. It helped me, but I have U-shaped section of the foot, the Achilles tendon and calf to get up 3-4x per day and bed and B4. It took about 2 weeks and the pain was gone.
