Of what I understand, this is not, but would be for younger paddlers who had attended or training prior to sea in a well.
ReplyDeleteAs far as I know that there is a - is this a good thing, because the grandfather has not enough energy to paddle or swim, but not as fast as the young!
ReplyDeleteBut really - old enough to know the local rules of navigation, boat handling, and swimming, should the conditions laid down for all time.
